Wellbeing workshop
 
Description: We will show you what to do in order to always have enough energy to deal with anything what life bring upon us.
The content of the course/workshop will be the following topics:
Effective sleep - How to sleep well and wake up rested and refreshed
Positive Habits - How to learn to draw mental energy from what we are doing, instead of wasting it.
Focus training - How to learn to focus on what we want and how to maintain attention. The workshop will include two several-minute attention training sessions which will help us to understand how we can focus on what we are doing at the present mooment and gain energy from it instead of loosing it from worries about past or future.
Food intake and its effect on our well-being and sleep quality.
Movement - Nature - The Sun - 3 natural sources of energy.
Sharing proven practices - what works for each of us in the given area.
We'll just show you how to take care of your physical and mental well-being so to tackle whatever comes in your way
 
P.S.: Bring your mobile phone with you together with headphones (if you have) and pick one or two favorite songs which bring happiness to you :-)

Lecturer's medallion:

The course will be led by Mgr. František Brázdilík - for those of you who don't know him - je is an experienced trainer, co-founder of the International Student Club of the Brno university of technology and founder of the international Welcome Centre here at TBU in Zlín. František is an optimist with a big heart and understanding, who finds motivation in solving problems and can improve the mood of everyone he meets. His previous worked as IT scholar, computer journalist, copywriter/translator and media analyst. On top of that, he has been working with students from all corners of the world for last 20 years and so far he is still in good spirits.
